Disposable beverage lid injection mold is an industrial mold for the production of plastic beverage lid, especially
for single-use FMCG. Such molds must be designed to enable the mass production of standardised, functional
and food-safety LIDS. Typically made from durable, high-quality die steel to withstand continuous high-speed
production processes and reduce wear and tear. Disposable beverage LIDS often have functional features such
as tight leak-proof closures, holes for inserting straws, or easy-to-tear closures, which need to be carefully
considered in mold design.
In production, the disposable beverage lid injection mold is installed on the injection molding machine. The plastic
melted at high temperature is injected into the mold by an injection molding machine, and then quickly cooled
and solidified. In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the finished product, the mold design includes
a precise cooling system and an efficient mold production mechanism. Such molds may be single-cavity or
multi-cavity designs, and multi-cavity molds can manufacture multiple LIDS simultaneously in a production
cycle, greatly improving production efficiency. Regular maintenance and inspection are essential to the reliable
production of molds.
